  • A note from the NCCN style guide Cautionary or informational notes for ensuring the safe and effective administration of the regimen.
  • Regimen reference type How the citation relates to the regimen referenced from the corresponding guideline, as defined at https://www.nccn.org/OrderTemplates/PDF/appendix_E.pdf.
  • Days of cycle Days of a possibly repeating cycle on which the agent is to be administered.
  • The level of febrile neutropenia risk The level of febrile neutropenia risk
  • Emetic risk Emetic risk
  • Alternating with A relationship type to signify that the two actions should be interleaved with one another (e.g. action 1 on odd cycles; action 2 on event cycles).
  • False if there is custom text in the cycle definition Whether the cycle definition is fully represented in the structured data (including extensions).
  • Action placeholder A placeholder for a related action that is defined outside of the scope of this plan.
  • The regimen is given before, after, or concurrent with radiation therapy The relationship to a radiation therapy action that is defined outside of the scope of this plan.

  • Beginning with cycle [x] On which cycle to start giving this dosage option.
  • Beginning with day [x] On which day to start giving this dosage option.
  • Beginning with week [x] On which week to start giving this dosage option.
  • Beginning with month [x] On which month to start giving this dosage option.
  • A coded pattern that defines the cycles on which this action applies A coded schedule that specifies which pattern to follow for administration (e.g. on odd or even cycles).
